All returned or exchanged items must have the original receipt, be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Online orders have a 7 day return or 30 day exchange period from the time of delivery.
Returns will have a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card fees.
Refunds for pre-order items, accidental orders, and or back ordered items will incur a 6% fee to cover credit card fees.
Items listed as "None-Refundable" are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping costs for online orders are nonrefundable.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed.

Tuttle Cameras is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Tuttle Cameras is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
